About Registration

Registration of a building, landlord spaces or tenancy confirms the intent to verify to the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard, whether for a Net Zero Carbon Aligned Claim, Performance Evaluation, or to carry out On Track checks at Practical Completion. It is the necessary first step for a verifier to be appointed.
